You don't need a registered agency, but you do need a credible plan for how you'll bring customers in. Most approved Resellers fall into one of four buckets: marketing agencies, freelance sales pros with warm networks, system integrators, or Shopify and e-commerce partners. If you're earlier than that, the Affiliate path is a better starting point. You can always upgrade later.

It depends on the plan your customer buys. Lifetime plan (₹24,999 one-time): you earn a flat 25% (₹6,250, approx $75 USD) per sale, regardless of your tier. There's no tier ladder on the Lifetime plan. Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions : you earn 30% to 40% of every renewal payment, based on your current tier. The longer your customers stay, the more your subscription commissions compound, and the tier boost applies to new referrals once you cross 15 and 40 active customers.

Free, video-based, and self-paced. Roughly 2 hours of content covering the platform, customer onboarding, Meta WABA verification, broadcasts, and how to escalate L2 issues. Ends with a short multiple-choice assessment. Once you pass, you become a Waplify Certified Reseller and unlock your dashboard, link, and co-branded landing page.

L1 means first response to the customer. Day-to-day questions like "how do I send my first broadcast", "how do I add a team member", "where do I find my analytics", "my template was rejected, what do I do". Everyday product usage questions. L2 means backend issues. API errors, Meta verification problems on Meta's side, billing disputes, server issues. You escalate these to your partner manager via WhatsApp or email and we resolve them.

Roughly 1 hour for the initial onboarding session (Meta verification + first template + first broadcast). After that, 15 to 30 minutes per active customer per month for ongoing L1 questions. Steady-state Resellers running 20 to 30 customers spend about 5 to 10 hours per week on partner work.

Three tiers, based on your active customer count on Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions. 30% from your first customer. 35% at 15 active customers. 40% at 40 active customers, plus elite perks (co-marketing fund, partner directory listing, priority L2). Boosts apply to new referrals from each breakpoint. Existing customers keep the rate they were signed up under, so your effective rate climbs over time. The Lifetime plan is separate from this ladder and pays a flat 25% regardless of your tier.

No. Customers are signed up directly on Waplify under your referral. The product is branded Waplify in the customer's dashboard. You can use the Waplify Certified Reseller badge on your own website and proposals, and we'll provide a co-branded landing page (your logo + Waplify) that you can link to from your site. Full white-label is not part of the Reseller program.

Payouts go out on the 15th of every month. Partners in India are paid via UPI directly to your linked bank account. International partners are paid via SWIFT or Wise bank transfer in your local currency. The minimum payout is ₹1,000 (approximately $12 USD). If your balance is below that in any given month, it carries forward.

Apply as a Reseller if you already work with SMB clients and can handle customer onboarding and L1 questions. Apply as an Affiliate if you have an audience or network but don't want to be involved in support.
